What are the return guidelines?

Following are the return guidelines:

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

  1. Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return.
  2. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be given. For more details kindly contact us on 6290660882 or Whatsapp us on 6290660882.
  3. Once the return is received, payment will be initiated within two working days

                 

For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)).

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 10 days
  • The Goods are in the original packaging
  • The Goods are not damaged

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us is the pick-up is not in our accessible zone. However, you should send the Goods at the following address:

What is the exchange/cancelling guidelines?

Following are the exchange/cancelling guidelines:

1.If the product is not eligible for a replacement or exchange after delivery for any reason, such as the product being out of stock, the return pickup for the product unavailable, or any other similar reason, you may return the product within the return period (12 days) after delivery.

2.You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days with giving any valid reason for doing so from the date on which you received the goods.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Refund for COD Orders will be processed in working days, once we receive the item in our warehouse. The item should be in proper condition. Customer is entitled to send a mail to info@toonyport.in mentioning their order ID, phone number, email & their UPI ID or Bank details to refund the amount for that particular order.
